Dallas, Baton Rouge attacks spur police nationwide to purchase military gear

Cities nationwide -- big and small -- are racing to purchase heavy-duty equipment in the wake of the July 7 shooting in Dallas and the killing 10 days later of three Baton Rouge law enforcement officers.
