Report: North Korean athletes not seen with Samsung smartphones
RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- North Korean athletes at the Rio Olympic Games may have not received the free Samsung smartphones distributed to all the teams prior to the opening ceremony.
