Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Fest releases first hints at 2016 lineup

Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, the darling (or perhaps rather, the darlin') of the San Francisco music festivals, is returning this September 30, October 1 and 2 for the 16th annual rendition of the event.
