LANSING, Mich. (AP) -- Carl Wise hit a walk-off single with two outs in the 13th inning, as the Lansing Lugnuts defeated the Fort Wayne TinCaps 4-3 on Tuesday. The Lugnuts swept the four-game series with the win.
