The Syrian truce appears to be a "dead man walking" since it has been virtually impossible to implement the deal negotiated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry earlier this month due to the fact that there is no proper enforcement mechanism, managing editor for Veterans Today Jim W.
