Suspected gunman charged with 1st-degree murder in Washington state mall shooting

BURLINGTON, Wash., Sept. 25 (UPI) -- A 20-year-old man with a criminal record for domestic violence was arrested Saturday night in the shooting deaths of five people at a Washington mall.
