UN Envoy for Syria Has No Plans to Resign as it 'Would Signal' Syrians Abandoned

UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura said Sunday that he was not going to resign, otherwise it will be a signal to the international community that the United Nations tries to distance itself from settlement of the Syrian crisis.
