Hungary manhunt in Budapest blast that wounded 2 officers

BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — Hungarian authorities are hunting for a man who set off a homemade fragmentation bomb that seriously wounded two officers in central Budapest, the country's police chief said Sunday.
