Colts rule out Luck for Steelers game because of concussion
The Indianapolis Colts announced Wednesday that quarterback Andrew Luck has been ruled out of Thursday night’s game against Pittsburgh, making it likely that former 49ers backup Scott Tolzien will make his third NFL start and first since 2013.
Indy also promoted quarterback Stephen Morris from the practice squad to the active roster.
