The third additional civil judge and JMFC, Udupi, has restrained deceased Bhaskar Shetty's kin from trespassing or interfering with day to day management of M/s Durga International, of which Durga International Hotel is also a part. The hotel is a bone of contention between Shetty's wife and kin.
