The Russian Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) criticized on Wednesday the European Parliament resolution that accused it of disseminating propaganda, saying that the agency is not engaged in propaganda activities.
