S. Korea to sell 4.7 tln won worth of state bonds in Dec.

SEJONG, Nov. 24 (Yonhap) -- South Korea plans to sell 4.7 trillion won (US$3.98 billion) worth of state bonds next month, the finance ministry said Thursday.
