Kinjo ready to bring $120 omakase to Polk Street

Toshi, who left Sushi Ran to take the reigns at Kinjo, is partnering with Bill Kong and Kua Chuang, owners of Ijji Sushi in Lower Haight. Kijno will come out of the gate with a $120 menu that will incorporate the edomae style and technique. And the fish at Kinjo is said to be coming from the oldest fish company in Tokyo.
