Underquoting: Hocking Stuart Yarraville, O'Brien Real Estate Croydon admit breaches

Real estate agents in Melbourne's west and east have been caught underquoting properties, in some cases by hundreds of thousands of dollars, following an investigation by Consumer Affairs.
