49ers CB Robinson sustained sprained ankle
Niners rookie cornerback Rashard Robinson, who was carted to the locker room during a season-ending loss to the Seahawks on Jan. 1, sustained a sprained ankle and is expected to be ready for the start of the offseason program in April.
Robinson left the locker room on crutches, but avoided a serious injury after he was hurt while defending Doug Baldwin on the wide receiver’s 41-yard catch in the second quarter.
