The Czech Republic should follow the example of Israel and encourage ordinary Czechs to take up arms against terrorists, and the government's proposed amendment allowing them to do so is a "step in the right direction," Jan Skalický, Chairman of the Association of Manufacturers and Sellers of Weapons, told Sputnik.
