Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas has penned a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin asking him to talk the United States out of moving its embassy in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the head of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) told Sputnik on Thursday.
