• boiled crumbly rice – 2 cups;
• baked meat (chicken or pork) - 200 gr;
• quail eggs – 6 PCs. or chicken – 1 PC.;

• carrot – 1 PC. (small);
• green onions - 1 bunch (small);
• ginger root (fresh) – 3 cm;
• garlic - 2 cloves;
• peanut butter (non-refined) - 4 tbsp (you can substitute any vegetable);
• black pepper (freshly ground) – for taste;
• salt.
