Goose Creek man drowns in Cooper River

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (AP) — Berkeley County authorities say a Goose Creek man has died after a boating accident on the Cooper River.

Salisbury said a fisherman rescued a female from the water where the 15-foot aluminum boat had overturned.
