Putin Has Patriots' Robert Kraft's Super Bowl Ring, Trump May Be The Key To Getting It Back

Fresh off one Super Bowl win Sunday night, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft wants the ring honoring another championship back. And President Donald Trump might just be the key.

According to Kraft's telling of the incident, Russian President Vladimir Putin took his ring during at 2005 meeting. The Patriots owner show the piece of jewelry honoring a Patriots Super Bowl victory to Putin, who, apparently, thought it was a gift. In the Kremlin's version of the incident, the ring was offered to Russia's president, who simply accepted the gift.
