Technology Fail: Credit Card Frauds Up in US Since Chips Introduced

Despite being touted as a safeguard against credit card fraud, security chip technology has not led to a decrease in identity theft. A new study shows that identity theft has gone up in the 16 months since chip-based cards have become commonplace.
