Walker County closes schools due to sickness

The Walker County School System is experiencing difficulties finding coverage for their classroom teachers as well as their bus drivers and attendants.

WSB-TV (http://2wsb.tv/2knYUNs ) reports officials said the uptick in illnesses has created a supervision concern in their school buildings, as they have taxed the availability of their current substitute teacher list.
