Snow across Pennsylvania closes schools, slows traffic

Forecasters say the snow will taper off from west to east, but it has caused slippery conditions on the state's roads.

The Philadelphia school district and archdiocese of Philadelphia have closed all schools as the sleet was forecast to become snow as the morning wears on.
