Scott Walker proposes initiatives to address homelessness

Hopes for increased attention to homelessness rose through 2016 as Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch publicly made the issue a priority and the Wisconsin Coalition Against Homelessness offered specific policy and budget recommendations.
