Tillerson Discusses Visit to Moscow With Poroshenko

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson held a phone conversation with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko focusing on the diplomat's recent visit to Russia and the conflict in eastern Ukraine, US Department of State acting spokesman Mark Toner said.
