Changing India's Fiscal Year To Calendar - Reasonable Idea But A Bad Reason For Doing It

Thus I can't see anything wrong with moving India's fiscal year. But wearing the costs of doing so just as the reason for doing so, the economic importance of agriculture, disappears seems more than a touch perverse.
