Man's body found in Des Moines River, police say

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Authorities in Des Moines have recovered the body of a man from the Des Moines River.

The body was spotted around 7:30 a.m. Saturday. Police won't release the name of the 52-year-old man until relatives have been notified about the recovery of his body.

An autopsy has been ordered.
