Russia to Influence Donbass Regions, Expects EU to Influence Kiev - Lavrov

Russia will influence the eastern Ukrainian regions toward implementing the set of ceasefire agreements and expects the European Union to influence Kiev, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Monday.
