EU Not to Take Part in OSCE Probe Into Mission's Car Blast - Envoy to Ukraine

The European Union will not take part in an investigation into a deadly explosion that struck a European security monitoring mission vehicle in eastern Ukraine, head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Ambassador Hugues Mingareli said Monday.
