Police: Texting driver hits tractor-trailer head on

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) - Police say a driver was texting when he slammed head-on into a tractor-trailer, ripping the engine out of his car.

No one was seriously injured in Monday's crash that South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka calls an "everyday tragedy just waiting to happen."
