S Korean Envoy Plans to Discuss President's Possible Visit to Russia With Putin

Song Young-gil, the special envoy of newly elected South Korean President Moon Jae-in, has said that he planned to discuss the timing of a possible visit of Moon to Russia during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin set for Wednesday.
