Lawyer Murat Ustundag, representing Turkish national Alparslan Celik, who had initially claimed responsibility for the murder of Russian pilot Oleg Peshkov, told Sputnik on Tuesday that he was filing an appeal against the sentence handed down to his client in the case of illegal possession of weapons.
