Chicago-area teen expelled in grade scheme returns to class

The Chicago Tribune reports (http://trib.in/2qfJzRe ) the sophomore at Glenbrook North High School filed a lawsuit against the school board, saying he only played a marginal role in the scheme.

Cook County Circuit Judge Thomas Allen granted a request by the student's attorney this month to stop the disciplinary actions "until further order of court" and ordered the student be allowed to return to school.
