Somali suicide bomber kills 4 at Puntland checkpoint

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) — A suicide bomber blew himself up at a military checkpoint in northern Somalia's semiautonomous state of Puntland, killing at least four people, a Somali police officer said Tuesday.
