S Korean PM Nominee Proposes Bilateral Talks With N Korea on Nuclear Issue

Seoul and Pyongyang should hold bilateral talks concerning the growing nuclear threat emanated from North Korea, South Korean Nominee for Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon said on Tuesday.
