Ricketts hails austere state budget, pushes tax cuts

Gov. Pete Ricketts points to adoption of an austere state budget tailored to fit a sharp decline in state revenue while slamming the brakes on growth in state spending as "perhaps the biggest thing accomplished" by the 2017 Legislature.
