'Voice" singer's family will refile lawsuit after dismissal

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — An attorney for the family of singer Christina Grimmie says he will refile an amended wrongful death lawsuit against the promoter and venue where "The Voice" contestant was fatally shot.
