India, Pakistan Membership to Strengthen SCO's Anti-Terror Fight - Moscow

Accepting India and Pakistan into the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) as permanent members will increase the organization’s potential in the fight against international terrorism, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov said Monday.
