APC-led government has brought nothing but curse to Nigerians - Ekiti PDP chieftain

The factional chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti state Gboyega Oguntuase on Monday, May 29, said that Nigeria has remained under curse since the All Progressives Congress took over leadership two years ago.
Oguntuase said the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration has mismanaged opportunities given to it by Nigerians.

He said Nigeria's economy has also depleted while politics have been bastardized by the ruling party.
Speaking in Ado-Ekiti, the party state chairman commended Nigerians for upholding the tenets of democracy.
Oguntuase said for the past 18 years Nigerians have stood by democracy despite attempts by leaders to ruin it.

He also added that free, fair and credible elections entrenched into the system by the past administration has been debased under President Buhari.
The PDP chairman said the APC-led government can be described, "as a curse rather than a blessing to Nigerians”.
NAIJ.com had reported that the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo in his Democracy Day speech encouraged Nigerians to continue to sacrifice towards making Nigeria a great nation.

Osinbajo also assured Nigerians that the nation will surmount all its challenges and rise again.
