Delhi govt may go to HC against LG choice Meena

With additional CP S S Yadav, designated by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal as chief of the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB), alleging “threat to life and dignity” from lieutenant-governor Najeeb Jung’s choice for the job, joint commissioner MK Meena, the Delhi government is contemplating going to the high court to challenge the latter’s appointment.
