S Goa ZP to ask for devolution of funds

South Goa zilla panchayat, at its meeting held on Friday, decided to call on chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar before the monsoon assembly session in furtherance of their demand for devolution of funds and powers to the zilla panchayat bodies.
