Campuses crowded, almost no seats at popular colleges

Two students from Tamil Nadu and Kerala managed to achieve the impossible cutoff of 100% announced by Delhi University and took admission in Shri Ram College of Commerce on Friday. They were the first students with 100% cutoff to take admission in the university this year.
