Parents from across Tamil Nadu come to Chennai to purchase school books

A collection agent with a private chit fund, city resident M R Ravirajan, should have been on duty, but the parent of a class 12 student took permission from his bosses to join a serpentine queue at the DPI (Directorate of Public Instruction) campus in Nungambakkam to purchase school books for the current academic year.
