ITBP man dies in a hit-and-run case in Panchkula

A 48-year-old Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) constable was killed in a hit-and-run on the stretch of road between Majri Chowk and Barwala in Panchkula that has already claimed 52 lives in last two years.
