Attack on power team: Bhatinda panchayat union seeks withdrawal of case

More than a hundred members of the Punjab Panchayat Union, a representative body of elected panchayats in the state, on Friday blocked Bathinda-Talwandi Sabo road against the registration of attempt to murder case against the son of a woman sarpanch and a zila parishad member a month ago.
