Delhi health minister orders hospitals to ensure punctuality

The state government has ordered all its hospitals to ensure their staff reports on time. Officials said health minister Satyendar Jain issued the order on complaints about doctors and ot8her staff reporting late in out-patient departments and other patient areas.
