Pune forum orders Rs 22k refund for faulty mobile handset
The dealer of a leading mobile phone manufacturer and its service centre have been directed by the Pune district consumer disputes redressal forum to refund Rs 22,800 to a customer for selling him a faulty mobile handset and also pay damages worth Rs 7,000 towards compensation and legal costs.
