Haryana recommends CACP to offer crop MSP at 30% more than cost of production

In an attempt to ensure better prices for farmers, Haryana government has recommended the minimum support price (MSP) to be 30% over the cost of production of a particular crop to the ensuing rabi season to the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP).
