No FCRA licence, will PU get $1.3 lakh grant for Gandhi Bhawan?

While Panjab University (PU) on Wednesday announced that it has been awarded a grant of $1,30,000 by the Getty Foundation for conserving Pierre Jeanneret's creation Gandhi Bhawan, the transfer of these funds to PU could get complicated as the university's Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) licence stands cancelled as of now.
