6-yr-old hostel resident, 3 teens return home due to Operation Muskan

On the first day, ‘Operation Muskan’ helped bring back a 6-year-old mentally challenged boy to his hostel, from where he was missing for the past 13 days. The boy was found begging for food. Two girls, aged 15 and 16, and a 14-year-old boy were also taken back to their homes.
